About The Show
The series follows internationally renowned Hardcore Carnivore Jess Pryles on a road trip across the Lone Star State, uncovering the untold stories behind Texas’s greatest grillers and pitmasters. In each episode, Jess explores a different Texas city from brisket capitals of Lockhart and Taylor to the mesquite-fueled cookouts of El Paso and the Gulf Coast seafood grills of Galveston.
